 Yes! is very strange
 I have just to install the storage 1.0.1-1
 the result is the same: not found libssl32.dll
 I delete the folder. qgis
 I do not know what to do ...
 There are other settings to erase qgis?
 probably depends on the old plug-in?
 I do not know how to clean all configurations of qgis
