[osgeo4w-dev] Generating the live setup.exe

I have made some changes to the installer (japan translation) and I am 
ready to generate a new live setup.exe on download.osgeo.org.  I am 
following the instructions at 
http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/SetupDevelopment, but it refers to 
'fr_upload.sh' and 'package.sh' scripts which I do not see on the 
download server.  Are these instructions uptodate?

Or should I just generate a local setup.exe on my machine and then 
upload it to download.osgeo.org, and then repackage the setup package 
(http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/release/setup/) ?
