[osgeo4w-dev] SVN error message

I get this error when I commit from my work computer (Win7x64 and 
TortoiseSVN 1.6.7, Build 18415 - 64 Bit , 2010/01/22 17:55:06) but not 
from home (WinXP, QSVN).
