---------------------+------------------------------------------------------
Reporter: yjacolin | Owner: osgeo4w-dev at lists.osgeo.org
    Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: major | Component: Installer
 Version: | Resolution:

Comment (by yjacolin):

Sorry, yes after "advanced install" choose 'Install from Local directory",
 here is the new process:
  1. run osgeo4_setup.exe
  2. choose "advanced install"
  3. choose Install from Local directory
  3. choose the install dir and the local dir where packages are
  3. click on "install" until "uninstall" appears to unselect all pakcages
  4. find and select ms_ogc_workshop
  5. click on next until the end.

All the packages and the setup.ini.bz2 are already on a CD

Is this a "first run" of osgeo4w setup on the system or is there an
 existing installed tree?
I tried with a first run and after an existing installed tree.

 Y.
