Comment:

 I have put the qgis-dev-1.5.0-145 package in place.

 I have replaced the setup.hint.

 I have manually updated setup.ini and removed setup.ini.bz2.  I am afraid
 to rerun the generation scripts on this different system.  Things might be
 completely broken.

 I see we have 1GB of qgis-dev packages - it would be nice to prune the
 periodically.

 It is unclear when normal download and upload operations will be working
 again.
