[osgeo4w-dev] liblas installs to python25

Hi Steven,

Judging from the package archives and 
http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/RequiresPython this has been the case 
for some time. I created a new package with the simple change you 
mention, but don't know if that is enough as I don't use liblas and 
can't test it.
