 the osgeo4w-grass7.0dev is unusable at the moment because of the missing
 sqlite3-rtree-functionality.

 enabling this in sqlite3 by

 ./configure SQLITE_ENABLE_RTREE=1 --build=mingw32 --target=mingw32
 }}}
