 sqlite3_rtree_geometry_callback is indeed not part of the sqlite3
 extension API.

 PATCH PROPOSAL FOR THE NEXT UPDATE (3.0.2)

 invert the default behavior for the compile-time flag:
 OMIT_GEOMETRY_CALLBACKS=yes
 so to automatically disable this extension in any standard build.
