[osgeo4w-dev] Updating of res_*.rc files to new features of OSGeo4W

Hello all

  We are updating the installer OSGeo4W and I would like to contact the
translators of the following languages: Japanese, Russian and others
languages. We have a new version of the file res_en.rc with new features.
We will appreciate a lot if you could update the files for their languages.


We have all chages in [1] and some references of traduction in [2]
