[osgeo4w-dev] Binary inconpatible GDAL plugin for Oracle

Why should those be any better than what it shipped in OSGeo4W already?  The
gdal oracle plugin are built with OCI package in OSGeo4W against the GDAL in
OSGeo4W.

If it clearer than the description above - doesn't tell much about how to
reproduce the problem.
