[osgeo4w-dev] OSGeo4W setup no longer works (setup.ini is empty)

It seems that setup.ini (and also setup.ini.bz2, setup.ini.prev,
setup_test.ini, setup_test.ini.prev) at http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/
is empty so OSGeo4W setup no longer works as it should.
Does anybody know why it happened and how to solve the problem?
