[osgeo4w-dev] OSGeo4W GDAL update

Hi,

I updated GDAL to 1.10.1 in OSGeo4W 32bit (currently in the test area).  Now
GDAL also depends on a new package gdal19dll that provides the DLL of GDAL 1.9
(along with the previous version of the HDF5 DLLs it's linked with).  So older
package should continue to work.

The mrsid, ecw and oracle GDAL plugins and python bindings were also updated.
That means OSGeo4W 32bit has ECW support again.

QGIS 2.0.1 and the QGIS nightly build have already been updates to link against
it.  Please also rebuild your packages which depend on GDAL.
