[osgeo4w-dev] offline install

I need to install apache and mapserver using osgeo4w without internet 
access
I followed these instructions:
https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/FAQ#HowdoIperformanofflineorcomputerlabinstall

But Apache is not in the list
And I see mapserver but not phpmapscript

What is the appropriate method to install apache and how do I install 
phpmapscript?
