 Qgis 2.2 is installed as standalone, and I want qgis-dev in parallel, but
 without the registration.

 Mainly because every day there is a new qgis-dev, but I want to work on
 with the stable version outside C:\OSGEO4W\, throwing the whole folder
 away if necessary.
