 hm, mixing standalone and osgeo4w isn't expected.    You can just
 doubleclick the {{{apps/qgis(-dev)/bin/qgis.reg}}} in either install to
 switch the registration.  And either install qgis into osgeo4w and/or copy
 the .reg from the standalone to OSGeo4W (or create an empty file) to avoid
 having qgis-dev reregistered (see
 [https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/commit/ecb2778b4ca34926dec33cc64e7ee04d226a2427
 QGIS ecb2778b]).

 Having qgis-dev registered when there is no other installed qgis (in
 OSGeo4W) makes sense to me.
