 Development version of GRASS GIS (trunk in SVN, future 7.1) contains
 temporal algebra which is using Python PLY Library (Python Lex-Yacc,
 "python-ply" package). Is it possible to add Python PLY to OSGeo4W so that
 the development package of GRASS GIS will work in OSGeo4W?
