 but I've changed that in  r-batchfiles-r149-'''2'''.tar.bz2 to

 C:\r-batchfiles\etc\ini\rbatchfiles.bat
 IF EXIST "%ProgramFiles%\R\" %OSGEO4W_ROOT%\apps\rbatchfiles\R path
 }}}

 in order to avoid this.
