[osgeo4w-dev] QT Designer is missing?

Hi list,

I just tried to run the QT designer installed with OSGeo4W (x64) and I just get an error message that the Designer.exe cannot be found (and indeed it isn't located within the 'bin' folder in the OSGeo folder.

For each QGIS version I have installed, a designer bat file is present and they all point at the designer.exe. I have updated to the latest OSGeo4W installer and reinstalled QGIS 2.18.9 just in case.
