[osgeo4w-dev] null grid missing from PROJ 5 package

Ah yes, I see. I guess that is where the problem arises. It only installs the init-files since the various grids have been moved to the proj-datumgrid package. The current proj-datumgrid package in OSGeo4W is at version 1.5 and it doesn't include the null grid. If the proj-datumgrid package is updated to version 1.6 or 1.7 the problem should be solved. Do you mind doing that, Jürgen?

package.cmd runs install-all from makefile.vc with INSTDIR set to the current
directory, which runs install-all from nad/makefile.vc, which copies the file
to PROJ_LIB_DIR, which is $(INSTDIR)\SHARE.
