Well no, no clue by now. The installer gets stucked at this point. Hitting
continue has no effect and the installing keeps on triggering this error
message.
I'll give a try to
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer ,
maybe it will show who is the culprit.
