[osgeo4w-dev] Unable to extract /bin/bgspawn.exe

bgspawn is used in the shortcuts to run batch files without console window (the
thing nircmd was used for before).
Any clue why it cannot be extracted? Virus scanner maybe? Permissions?
Are other files extracted?
