 That's intentional and needed for pinning, but you can configure it's name
 with `QGIS_WIN_APP_NAME` (like in
 [[https://github.com/jef-n/OSGeo4W/blob/27635fc9c187f40d2c929c7a979c2731c9f8f530/src/qgis/osgeo4w
 /postinstall-desktop.bat#L7|postinstall-desktop.bat]])
