[osgeo4w-dev] Installing gdal-mrsid with osgeo4w-setup.exe command fails

Pretty obfuscuated.  What's the actual command?

Using which options?  Also installing from the same local directory?   I guess
that's not up-to-date.  Did you compare the logs?
