Hi Jürgen,
the simplified command is
\\kint01.ki.tal-oil.com\APPS\QGIS\_Deployment\osgeo4w-setup.exe -q -A -L -l \\kint01.ki.tal-oil.com\apps\qgis\_Deployment\Repo\ -a x86_64 -g -k -P qgis gdal-mrsid -o -k
I am still waiting for an answer to your question about local directories.

Pretty obfuscuated. What's the actual command?

Using which options? Also installing from the same local directory? I guess
that's not up-to-date. Did you compare the logs?
