 After uninstalling python3-pyarrow 0.0.0-1 using OSGeo4W Setup, the
 {{{pyarrow}}} folder, containing a  is still present in
 {{{apps\Python312\Lib\site-packages\}}}

 This prevents the user to workaround #860 in order to make geopandas and
 pandas correctly work.
