[osgeo4w-dev] Adding Sqlean SQLite extension set to OSGeo4W distribution?

Hi,

it would be very nice to have Sqlean (set of SQLite extensions) available
to install from OSGeo4W network setup and to load them directly from
OSGeo4W Shell.

I find many of these extensions useful when working with GPKG files.

Since GDAL 3.5.0 we can load SQLite extensions using
OGR_SQLITE_LOAD_EXTENSIONS (see
https://gdal.org/en/latest/drivers/vector/sqlite.html#configuration-options
for details)

Would it be possible and make sense to package this libraries with OSGeo4W?
