 If the OSGeo4W 's Qt5 builds are built from the KDE's maintained 5.15 fork
 containing the "PDF brush transform", the
 "QFont::SmallCaps" the "QFont stretch" fixes, then could the
 HAS_KDE_QT5_PDF_TRANSFORM_FIX,
 HAS_KDE_QT5_SMALL_CAPS_FIX and HAS_KDE_QT5_FONT_STRETCH_FIX CMAKE flags

 be set for the OSGeo4W's QGIS builds in order to enable the
