 Our users are facing issues with the current python3-pydantic version
 which is available through the osgeo4w.

 * Current osgeo4w available version is pydantic-2.11.7

 * Whished version for osgeo4w would be pydantic-2.12.5 or higher.

 pip make pydantic-2.12.5 come with
  * pydantic-core-2.41.5

  * typing-inspection-0.4.2

 How can we proceed and who to adress this issue / upgrade?
