[osgeo4w-dev] Offline installer from cache not working

Hmmm, qgis-full is installing GRASS for me which we don't need.

When I run the installer in "Express Install" mode, there are 4 choices given: QGIS, QGIS LTR, GDAL and GRASS GIS. I select QGIS and GDAL which are all we need. When I use the qgis-full package with your command line, it seems to me it also installs GRASS as there is a start menu shortcut called GRASS GIS which isn't there when I manually install from the UI.

But like I said, it's OK, I won't waste much time on this (neither yours nor mine 😊 )

Thanks again for all your help!

Marwan

qgis-full is what gets installed when you pick QGIS in the express install GDAL is a dependency of QGIS anyway. So that should match your original package set.

You could install qgis to get only the required dependencies (or qgis-free-full to just leave out the proprietary ones).
