 When removing packages apt leaves behind files in ./bin/
 To replicate:
 {{{
 set osgeo4w_root=d:\xxxo4wtest
 apt setup
 apt install msvcrt
 apt remove msvrt
 }}}
 and then examine d:\xxxo4wtest tree
