 1. run osgeo4_setup.exe
 2. choose advanced install
 3. click on "install" until "uninstall" appears to unselect all pakcages
 4. find and select ms_ogc_workshop
 5. click on next until the end.

 What you shoud have: ms_ogc_workshop, mpasver, php_mapscript, apache and
 php
 what you get: ms_ogc_workshop

 Doing the same thing with Internet mode, works correctly!
