Job Description
Map - Infrastructure Specialists (Job Number: 12WD10448)
Provide technical support via the web and phone and document these interactions into the customer relationship management database. Diagnose, research, and resolve technical issues using internal knowledge base and resources both Japanese and English.
Project management with Autodesk support specialist and related stake holders (internal and external) to achieving project goal and to get customer satisfactions based on business goal.
Communicate with customer and partner to gap analysis, understand customer requirement, technical problem and performance issue. transform VOC feedback to improve for Autodesk product and services program. 
Finding and define the root cause both technical and other related business/customer issues. then, develop an action plan and lead execution own self (team self) to achieving customer requirement and problem fix. 
Leading the support specialist team. set a training program and coaching for team specialist on-going base to improve total team capability to meet Autodesk business goal.
Contribute as an active member of a shared responsibility team both pre-post sales cycle.
More than 10 years work for system implementation with Enterprise System and Tools in key industries (Map-Infrastructure System) 
Required related knowledge/skill/experience for operating system(Windows Sever, Linux, others), web application ,database system(Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, others),networking, hardware, programming/scripting language and others 
5-10 years to work for system architect and/or process design for enterprise system. and, project management included resource, cost and schedule for system implementation and maintain system performance post implementation.
Bachelor’s degree IT/System/Programing and/or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Japanese and English)
Experience working directly with customers and partner within target customer industry utility (power, gas, water, etc), telecom, transportation, government projects.
Must have above average IT troubleshooting skills, strong analytical problem solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical questions 
Ability to convey complex technical details
Experience troubleshooting system problem and performance issue both software and hardware problems.
Knowledge of related system and software in (Map-Infrastructure System).

Primary Location: Asia Pacific-Japan-Tokyo-To-Tokyo
