お世話になります。大澤＠農環研です。
カスタムCRS設定についての質問です。

東南アジア（インド）から入手したascデータを投影するため、CRSを設定したいのですが、重なるは重なるのですが、意味不明なずれが発生してしまいます。
先方から受け取った情報は以下です。

EPSG102028のAsia_South_Albers_Equal_Area_Conicをリファレンスに、
+proj=aea +lat_1=7 +lat_2=-32 +lat_0=-15 +lon_0=125 +x_0=0 +y_0=0
+datum=WGS84 +units=m +no_defs

をカスタムCRSで
+proj=aea +lat_1=28 +lat_2=12 +lat_0=20 +lon_0=78 +x_0=2000000 +y_0=2000000
+datum=WGS84 +units=m +no_defs
と書き換えています。バージョンは2.8を使っています。

対応についてご教示いただければ幸いです。
また、他に必要な情報がありましたらご指示ください。
