[OSGeoJapan-discuss] QGIS 2.14以降のmatplotlibのエラーについて

いつもメーリングリストにはお世話になっています。

Windows 10環境でQGIS 2.14～2.16でmatplotlibのエラーが出ます。
起動時にcontour pluginを読み込んでいる時に、
<http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/file/n5278821/matplotlib_error1.jpg> 
と出ます。

また、MidVatten pluginを読み込んでる時にも
<http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/file/n5278821/matplotlib_error2.jpg> 
とでて、pluginとして使えない状態です。

2.14起動後、pythonコンソールでmatplotlibをimportすると
<http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/file/n5278821/matplotlib_error0.jpg> 
とimport errorが出力されます。

QGIS2.8から2.12は上記のようなerrorは出ません。

このような現象の回避する対策方法はないでしょうか？

OSGeo4Wでpip install matplotlib --upgradeとしても
なぜか、pipが動かないようです。

この状況は私のPCだけ？　それとも。。。
