[OSGeoJapan-discuss] Integration of Japanese GIS formats into mainline GDAL ?

Evenのアドバイスもあり、PRを実施しました。
早速、コメントを頂いたので、修正を実施しています。

しかしながら、テストに通らないので、どこがおかしいのか、
すこし悩んでいます。

PRしますと、自動的にTravisCIとAppVeyerにおいて、テストが走ります。
前者はLinux 後者はWindows でのテストになります。

このテストがあることで、安心して貢献できますね。
テストを充実させたいので、サンプルのテストデータの作成に
協力してほしいのですが、協力頂ける方はいませんか？
