Miura-san,

There is a totally new OSGeo website currently designed, and I think the
switch will be in the very new future.
Preview site is this one: http://osgeo.getinteractive.nl/
The new website will be build on Wordpress, and I don't know, if it will
have multi-lingual content enabled from the beginning.
