Hello,
that is excellent news ! Thanks for that.
So this is "just" a matter of converting those .par files into NTv2 grids, or
anything that GDAL can understand (once this is in a raster format that GDAL
can read, we can easily make a NTv2 grid from it).
I've recorded this in https://github.com/OSGeo/proj-datumgrid/issues/68
We would need community involvement to do the conversion.
