OpenLayers Debian packaging materials are available from:

   http://svn.openlayers.org/sandbox/crschmidt/debian/

Because jsmin can't be used for evil, the Debian packaging materials
have an option to build a free version: 

   #!/bin/sh
   mkdir ol
   cd ol
   svn co http://svn.openlayers.org/sandbox/crschmidt/debian/
   debian/rules pre-build
   cd OpenLayers-2.7.orig
   dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot
