Tom,

In order to send to the list each person would need to join it:

The list is the best place to get help since the scripts were written by
10+ people.

As for the rsync command, that can be skipped. It's an optional command
if you happen to have saved all the of the package cache and downloads
from a previous build of the virtual machine.
