[Live-demo] Arramagong GISVM alpha 4 release

Thanks to everyone who has submitted Live DVD install scripts.
I've managed to run most of them, and build a full Live DVD.
I haven't done any testing on it yet, and am also aware that we can 
still compress it in half. (I had the wrong version of VMware installed 
when building this.)

However, the good news is that people can download this and test to see 
if their scripts have actually worked.
