[Live-demo] firefox offline mode

Just a note that many of the web apps (deegree, geoserver etc...) are
having trouble due to firefox not wanting to localhost when in offline
mode. This is an issue we fixed previously with some firefox
preference config setting.

For now the manual workaround it to turn firefox "work offline" off.

Note this is an issue when working from the live dvd without an
internet connection (which is my testcase).
