[Live-demo] help with css repeat

Looking over the docs; we have two themes:
- howto - this is a direct copy of the geotools theme; several if the images have been removed but are still referenced by the css
- overview - this was what I prepared for the live dvd, it has the "gutter" on the right hand side

I have placed two files into svn:
- howto/img/osgeo-footer.png
- howto/img/osgeo-header.png

I would like to repeat my request for the css definitions to be checked over:
- the osgeo live logo should added to the page
- use of the of the aboe header/footer files
- open gutter on the right hand side

I assume at this point that font choices are fine.
