I know.. and it's evolving as we go. I hope with every
iteration we start to settle down more and document the
process better.

I am not a huge fan of that, as they are for two different
things: the test is to prove if the program install is
functional (libraries, paths, etc) and should be able to
get through in 2-3 minutes. the quickstart is to intro how
to use the program, and could take 10 minutes or more
to get through. but the quickstart needs to be tested too,
and makes a good (long) test.

I do not disagree, as I do not enjoy double handling.
I'd rather grep for '**Version' in *_overview.rst to
make up a table dynamically, flag missing files, etc.
But these are matters to think about later in the year,
for now we push through with the best process we've
developed so far and apologize for any conflicting info
in the wiki.
