[Live-demo] Draft Lightening Presentation

  I've put   together a lightening presentation, with slides and a 
script, aimed to fit in to a 20 minute presentation slot.

This is a light version of the 90 minute presentation that Jody will be 
giving at FOSS4G.
My hope is that people will be able to take this presentation back to 
their workplaces and local groups.

I'll be recording a video of this over the next 48 hours. If anyone 
finds some glaringly obvious errors, feel free to mention it and I'll 
endevour to adjust the script.
