[Live-demo] Draft layout of application overview doc

For the upcoming LiveDVD 4.0, I'm intending to ask all projects to 
update their Overview page so that it is more consistent across 
projects, and looks better (by including images and consistent layout).

I've created a mockup for PostGIS here:

At the moment, this is in odt format, but in parallel I'm investigating 
other options.
(In particular, I note that there is a move from projects to use 
sphynx/RST).
I'd looking to see if I can use ICE to translate from RST -> odt -> RST. 
I've seen indications that this may be possible.
