[Live-demo] New build process

So my focus initially on this release is going to be on a new build
process that we can more fully automate, and includes the nice boot
options like original live discs.

I've found 2 options that I'm going to try (in this order)
Uck (which I've seen before but hadn't really understood)

OR then:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDCustomization
Which appears to be the standard way ubuntu variants are made.

Note the splash screen on boot, and loading are customizable using this
method if we want. Has to do with the gfxboot tool.
