[Live-demo] Conditions to add a new project ?

Johann,
Adding a project to OSGeo Labs is by self assessment. (Ie, it doesn't 
need to pass the OSGeo incubation process).

So long as Puzzle-giz and GeotoolKit are Open Source Geospatial, they 
are welcome to be mentioned on OSGeo Labs.
