That doesn't solve the issue.
GeotoolKit is a fully mature project with more than 5 sub-projects, don't try to put it at the "lab" level.
As long as Osgeo doesn't approve geotoolkit, there will be no puzzle-gis in osgeo.
It's just non-sense to add puzzle-gis unless this has been solved.
