[Live-demo] MapGuide for next build

Hi Cameron,

One other question for the LiveDVD - do we have any extra space for including Windows installers?  MapGuide also has a Windows build which is approximately 130MB.

Congratulations, sounds like you have been making great progress.
I'm starting to build osgeolive-4.0alpha5 now, so you should be able to 
test your changes in a day or 2.

I intend to be finalising the OSGeoLive documentation templates within a 
week.
We are then looking for a documentation freeze by 26 July.
