[Live-demo] MapGuide for next build

We have scripts, load_win_installers.sh and load_mac_installers.sh which
have been used to install windows and mac installers on previous
OSGeoLive DVDs.

It would be good if you could add MapGuide installs into these scripts.

Note: As we are reaching the limits of the space on the OSGeo Live DVD,
we might not have enough space for windows installers too. We should
have a better idea about how much space we have on the DVD in a few weeks.
